Steamed Japonica Rice
Ingredients

1 cup Fragrance 43°N Jilin Japonica Rice
1.2 cups Water

Method
  • Measure 1 cup of rice with measuring cup

  • Rinse rice under running water for 1-2 times. Drain water away

  • Put rice in cooker

  • Add 1.2 cups of water and soak for 30 minutes

  • Switch on the rick cooker to cook rice

  • Once rice is cooked, let rice sit in cooker for 10 minutes

 

For a moister texture, adjust rice to water ratio 1:1.4
