Ingredients
1 cup Fragrance 43°N Jilin Japonica Rice
1.2 cups Water
Method

Measure 1 cup of rice with measuring cup

Rinse rice under running water for 1-2 times. Drain water away

Put rice in cooker

Add 1.2 cups of water and soak for 30 minutes

Switch on the rick cooker to cook rice

Once rice is cooked, let rice sit in cooker for 10 minutes
For a moister texture, adjust rice to water ratio 1:1.4
