Ingredients

200g Fragrance 43°N Jilin Japonica Rice
180g Santan (Coconut milk)
80g Water
10g Screwpine leaf
30g Onion
1 stalk Lemon grass
20g Ginger
- Salt to taste

Method
  • Pre-heat oven to 165°C.

  • Mix all the ingredients in a tray and steam in the oven for 15 minutes.

  • Serve with prawn sambal, otah, fried egg and fried chicken.

  • Top the dish with sliced cucumbers, fried anchovies and peanuts.
