300g Fragrance 43°N Jilin Japonica Rice
300g Water 300g Pork ribs (cut into small pieces)
4pcs Mushrooms (cut in half)
1pc Chinese sausage
1 stalk Spring onion, sliced into 3cm sticks
½ tbsp Light soya sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
½ tbsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Dark soya sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
Mix pork ribs, mushroom together with marinade.
Put water in claypot, cover with lid and bring to boil. Place Fragrance 43°N Jilin Japonica Rice in the claypot. Lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes or till rice is firm.
Place marinated pork ribs, mushrooms and Chinese sausage on top of the rice and cover. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes. Do not stir the rice.
Pour sauce over the rice and garnish with spring onions.
